In 2018, David founded Harmony & Healing, a 501(c)(3) charity that sends professional musicians to play live for patients in hospitals, hospices, memory care and rehab, free of charge.
Visits happen in the day room, so patients, families and caregivers listen together, at places like the Martinez VA Hospital and the George Mark Children’s House. Every musician is paid, and donations cover the cost.
David has been a musician since age 16 and has released five albums of original music, including 2019’s “Songs from the Heart“.
David is also a former member of the multi-platinum band BOSTON. He toured North America with the band twice and sang on a BOSTON single that reached #1 on the Classic Rock charts in 2014.
Today, through ProTributeBands.com, David generates show leads for tribute bands and still performs in some of them as vocalist and guitarist. ProTributeBands.com focuses primarily on classic rock and tribute shows.
